Home / How it works
Measure first. Decide with facts. Then turn it on.
Every engagement starts with a 7-day measurement on your own website. You see what your traffic holds before you commit to an ongoing feed.
- Day 0
Fit check
A short conversation about your traffic, your market, what one customer is worth, and who on your team follows up. If the numbers do not support it, we tell you.
- Days 1 to 7
Demand Signal Preview
We verify your domain and traffic, install the measurement on approved pages, run a capped measurement window, and review signal quality.
- End of week 1
Findings and a go or no-go
You get aggregate findings and a map of practical next steps. You decide with facts instead of a sales pitch.
- Week 2 onward
Signal + Sales Feed
Fields mapped, delivery tested, and records flowing into your CRM with Do Not Call labels. Weekly reporting starts.
- Every month
Strategy review
We review what was matched, what was delivered, and where to point the next channel, audience, or service area.
250+ visitor records in the first seven days.
A service company was paying for website traffic but could not see most of the people who left without calling. In the first seven-day window, more than 250 visitor records were surfaced for review. The approved records now go into its CRM for follow-up.
One engagement; not a typical or guaranteed result. Visitor records are not the same as leads, consent, reachable contacts, customers, or revenue. No personal information from this engagement is shown.
Enough to act on. Labeled so you act correctly.
Fields vary by match. When a field is not available, it is left blank rather than guessed.
| Field | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Name and postal address | Direct mail, and matching against your existing customers |
| Email, where available | Permitted email follow-up |
| Phone, where available | Calls only where the channel rules allow |
| Do Not Call status | Tells your team who must not receive a sales call |
| Pages viewed and visit time | What they were interested in, and how recently |
| Location and household or business indicators | Service-area filtering and qualification |
We set the channel rules before a single record goes out.
A visit is not consent
Identification shows interest. It does not create permission to call or text, and it is not an existing business relationship. Calls and texts to consumers need the right basis first.
Do Not Call is labeled
Every phone record keeps its status. We never quietly drop those records, because the same household may still be reached by mail, permitted email, or an ad audience.
Each ad platform has its own rules
Audiences are built in your own accounts using each platform's approved methods. Where a platform does not allow a use, we do not do it.
Your privacy policy says so
Sites that use visitor identification should disclose it. We point out what your privacy policy needs to cover before measurement starts.
No guaranteed numbers
We do not promise match rates, leads, or revenue. The preview measures your real traffic so you can judge it yourself.
The code comes off when you leave
The identification technology is licensed. If the engagement ends, it is removed from your website.
Questions about the preview
What do you need from us to start the preview?
Access to add a small measurement code to your website, a confirmation of which pages it may run on, and a contact who knows your sales process. We handle the technical setup.
Will the code slow down my website?
It is a small script that loads alongside your page. We check your pages after installation to make sure nothing breaks.
Does the preview send any marketing?
No. The preview measures and reports. Nothing is emailed, mailed, called, or uploaded to an ad account during the preview.
What happens if we stop?
The code comes off your website. You keep the records that were delivered to you during the engagement.
