Privacy and data practices

Information you send us

When you request a preview, we receive what you enter: your name, company, website, business email, phone number if given, and your answers about traffic, value, and follow-up. We also record the time of the request, the referring page, your IP address, and your browser type to detect spam and abuse. We use this only to respond to your request. We do not add it to any audience, list, or data product, and we do not sell it.

This website

This website does not run visitor identification, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own. Text is displayed with fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

How our visitor identification service works

Nexgen provides visitor identification and in-market audience services to business clients. When a client uses the service, a measurement code on the client's own website may match some visits to available person or business records from licensed data sources. Matched records are delivered to that client for its own follow-up. Clients are responsible for disclosing the service in their own privacy policies and for following the rules of each channel they use, including Do Not Call rules for phone calls. A website visit does not give a business permission to call or text you.

Consumer opt-out

If you do not want to be included in records delivered through Nexgen's service, email privacy@nbsincorp.com with the subject "Opt out" and include your name, postal address, and any email addresses or phone numbers you want suppressed. We will suppress those details from future deliveries made through our service and confirm by email. You can also contact any business that has contacted you directly and ask it to stop.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what personal information is held about you, to ask for it to be deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Send those requests to the same address. We respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request.

How long we keep information

Preview requests from businesses that do not become clients are deleted when they are no longer needed to respond. Opt-out requests are kept so that the suppression keeps working.

Security

This site is served only over an encrypted connection. Requests are stored outside the public website folder with access limited to our team.

Children

This site and service are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
